Given that “holy” means “whole” – this gives a whole (haha) new meaning to the words “holy spirit” doesn’t it??
It gives a whole new meaning to Jesus’ statement to Nicodemus: “You must be born of water and the Spirit.” Hmmmm! Water and air! ::raises eyebrow::
Could he have meant by “water” the amniotic fluid or possibly intutition – and by “air” the mind, the rational faculties??
